Deutsche Bank is a German multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in Frankfurt, founded in Berlin in 1870. It has grown through numerous acquisitions, including Morgan Grenfell in 1990, Bankers Trust in 1998 and Deutsche Postbank in 2010, and today operates across dozens of countries with a large presence in Europe, the Americas and Asia; it has been designated a global systemically important bank by the Financial Stability Board since 2011.
