The Delaware and Hudson Railway is a Class 1 railroad operating in the northeastern United States. After 168 years as an independent railroad, it was purchased by the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1991 and became a wholly owned subsidiary; Canadian Pacific itself became part of Canadian Pacific Kansas City in 2023, which now operates the Delaware and Hudson under its Soo Line Corporation subsidiary.
