Danish Crown is a Danish food company specializing in the slaughter, processing and sale of pork and beef, founded in 1887 as a cooperative pig abattoir in Horsens and headquartered in Randers, owned by 5,620 Danish farmers. It is the world's largest pork exporter and Europe's largest pork producer and meat processing company, with exports accounting for about twenty percent of Danish food exports in 2020 and 2021.
