Cafe de Coral is a Hong Kong fast food restaurant group founded in 1968 by Victor Lo Tang-seong and his nephew Lo Kai-muk, opening its first restaurant in Causeway Bay in 1969, and headquartered in Fo Tan, Hong Kong. Describing itself as the largest Chinese fast food restaurant group in Hong Kong, serving an estimated 300,000 customers a day in the territory, the group operates more than 580 outlets across several brands including The Spaghetti House, Super Super Congee and Noodles and Oliver's Super Sandwiches, and it trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
