Perla Browary Lubelskie is a Polish brewery founded in 1844 on the grounds of a former monastery in Lublin, with brewing of a Helles style lager beginning in 1846. A second brewing site opened in 1914, and after decades under state ownership during the communist period the company was privatized in 1992 as a joint stock company. Production moved fully to the newer site in 2001 and the brand was relaunched in 2014; the company is now owned by Royal Unibrew and describes itself as the largest independent brewery in Poland.
