Wm. Bolthouse Farms, Inc., doing business as Bolthouse Farms, is a vertically integrated farm company founded in 1915 in Grant, Michigan, specializing in refrigerated beverages, salad dressings and baby carrots. Headquartered in Bakersfield, California, with facilities in the San Joaquin Valley and in Prosser, Washington, the company was owned by private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners from 2005 to 2012, then by the Campbell Soup Company, which sold it to Butterfly Equity in June 2019.
