Baltika Breweries is a Russian brewing company founded in 1990 in Saint Petersburg, where it remains headquartered, now owned by the private firm JSC VG Invest after decades under Carlsberg Group's Baltic Beverages Holding. It produces more than thirty beer brands and nine non-alcoholic beverage brands, including the flagship Baltika numbered beers, and holds over thirty eight percent of the Russian beer market, reaching about ninety eight percent of the country's retail outlets.
