Ayinger Brewery is an independently owned German beer producer based in Aying, Bavaria, about 25 kilometers south of Munich, established in 1877. It specializes in traditional Bavarian styles including doppelbocks, dunkel lagers and wheat beers, producing roughly 140,000 hectoliters annually and exporting to Italy, the United States and elsewhere in Europe.
