Aldersbach Brewery is a traditional medium-sized brewery in Aldersbach, Lower Bavaria, Germany, tracing its origins to the Benedictine monastery Aldersbach Abbey, founded in 1146, with brewing on the site documented from 1268. The von Aretin family has owned the brewery since Johann Adam von Aretin acquired the monastery brewery in 1811, and it remains owned by the family under G. Adam Freiherr von Aretin. It produces Dunkel, Helles and Pilsner beers, plus seasonal Bock and Pale lagers and soft drinks, with an annual production capacity of about 90,000 hectolitres.
