Akhali Kselebi Ltd, also known as New Net, is the third largest telecommunications company in Georgia and the Caucasus, ranking behind Silknet and MagtiCom. It is a private electronic communications network operator that maintains business relationships with leading communications companies worldwide and was founded on August 2, 1996. The company is run under a corporate management structure led by a supervisory board and employs more than 700 workers. Akhali Kselebi is a member of the T&T Group alongside System Net, Akhtel, Foptnet, GTC, CGC, Iveria Net and Sanapiro; Akhtel, one of the companies it founded, also operates successfully in the telecommunications market.
