Named events in which a government agency or court examined, sanctioned or restricted a company's market conduct or market position, including antitrust prosecutions, court ordered breakups on competition grounds, and formal trade or export sanctions. Belongs here: any event whose defining act is a regulatory or judicial body acting against a company's market power or trade conduct. Does not belong here: a company's own voluntary merger or divestiture with no antitrust proceeding behind it, grouped under Mergers and Acquisitions or Corporate Breakups and Divestitures.
