Mozilla Firefox, commonly known simply as Firefox, is a free and open source web browser developed by the Mozilla Foundation and its subsidiary the Mozilla Corporation. It uses the Gecko rendering engine to display web pages and implements current and emerging web standards. The browser is available for Windows, macOS and Linux, with a mobile version for Android and iOS, and unofficial ports exist for other platforms such as Oracle Solaris and OpenIndiana.
