Ching's Secret is an Indian food brand founded in 1996 by Capital Foods, headquartered in Mumbai and founded by Ajay Gupta, specializing in Indian Chinese cuisine products such as noodles, soups, sauces, masalas and chutneys, including its Hakka Noodles instant noodles, Schezwan Chutney and Snacky Oats. In 2024 Capital Foods was bought by Tata Consumer Products in an all-cash deal worth about 5,200 crore rupees, making Ching's Secret part of the Tata Consumer Products portfolio.
