Diversified REITs

This group collects Real Estate sector members organized as real estate investment trusts whose owned property portfolio spans more than one property type, such as office and retail together, or a broad commercial mix not concentrated in a single named category: large diversified European and American commercial property REITs and a few REITs whose own description names two or more distinct property segments. This group is kept apart from Real Estate Management and Development, reserved for a company that develops, builds or manages property without itself being organized as a REIT, and from the single-property-type REIT groups, each reserved for a portfolio concentrated in one property category.
