UOL Group Limited is a Singapore headquartered company focused on investing in, developing and managing real estate across the Asia Pacific region. It was established in 1963 as Faber Union Limited, listed on the Singapore Exchange in 1964, and took its current name in 2006. Headquartered at United Square, it works across property development, commercial leasing, hotel operations and financial investments, and is a constituent of the Straits Times Index; the Wee family, also major shareholders of United Overseas Bank, are UOL's largest shareholders. As of its 2021 financial year, UOL reported revenues of 2.61 billion Singapore dollars and total assets of 21.3 billion Singapore dollars.
