Music Venue Properties is a community benefit society established in 2021 by the UK charity Music Venue Trust to purchase and preserve grassroots music venues in Britain. Described as functioning like a National Trust for music venues, it raises funds to buy venues and lease them back to operators under long-term Cultural Lease agreements, and as of July 2026 it owns ten venues across the United Kingdom.
