Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. is a Japanese real estate development company headquartered in Tokyo, founded in 1937 to manage the extensive Marunouchi business district land holdings that the Mitsubishi conglomerate had accumulated near Tokyo Station since the late 19th century. It is one of the largest real estate developers in Japan and a core member of the Mitsubishi keiretsu, and it remains the dominant landowner and developer of the Marunouchi district today.
