Hongkong Land Holdings Limited

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited is a property investment, management and development company incorporated in 1889, part of the Jardine Matheson group of companies. It holds one of the largest portfolios of prime commercial real estate in Central, Hong Kong's principal business district, including a substantial share of its Grade A office space, and has developed major mixed-use projects elsewhere in Asia, including in Singapore, mainland China and Southeast Asia. The company is incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the London and Singapore stock exchanges rather than in Hong Kong itself, reflecting its long colonial-era corporate history. Hongkong Land remains one of the most prominent landlords in Hong Kong's Central district more than a century after its founding.
