Henderson Land Development Company Limited is a Hong Kong based property development and investment company headquartered in Hong Kong. It was founded in 1976 by Hong Kong businessman Lee Shau-kee and became one of Hong Kong's leading property developers, with a substantial portfolio of residential, office and retail developments across Hong Kong and mainland China. The company also holds a controlling stake in the Hong Kong utility Hong Kong and China Gas Company, known as Towngas.
