Hang Lung Properties Limited

Hang Lung Properties Limited is a Hong Kong property developer and a subsidiary of Hang Lung Group, and a Hang Seng Index constituent. Incorporated in 1949 and taken over by Hang Lung Group in 1960, it became its parent's property investment division after a 1987 reorganization, and its business today spans residential and commercial property development, real estate investment and car park operations, with a portfolio across Hong Kong and mainland Chinese cities including Shanghai, Wuxi and Shenyang. The company is based in the Standard Chartered Bank Building in Central, Hong Kong, and is chaired by Adriel Chan.
