CK Asset Holdings Limited

CK Asset Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong based property development and investment holding company headquartered in Hong Kong. It was created in 2015 through a corporate reorganization of the business empire of Hong Kong businessman Li Ka-shing, which split his conglomerate of Cheung Kong Holdings and Hutchison Whampoa into two separately listed companies, CK Hutchison Holdings, covering ports, retail, telecommunications and infrastructure, and CK Asset Holdings, covering property development and hotels, the latter continuing the property business the original Cheung Kong company was founded to pursue in 1950.
