Ayat Real Estate is an Ethiopian real estate developer based in Addis Ababa, founded in 1997 by Ayalew Tesema as a pioneer of the country's housing sector. It has built more than 10,000 houses, making it one of the largest construction companies in Ethiopia, offering apartments and commercial units of around 107 to 110 square meters through 40/60 or 60/40 payment programs at project sites in the Ayat and CMC areas of the capital.
