Ayala Land, Inc. is a Philippine real estate company and a publicly traded subsidiary of Ayala Corporation, trading under the ticker ALI on the Philippine Stock Exchange. Its core businesses include strategic landbank management, residential development, retail shopping centers, corporate businesses and hotels and resorts, supported by construction and property management operations. In April 2015 Ayala Land acquired a minority stake in the Malaysian property developer MCT Bhd, which it has since increased to 66.3 percent as of 2024.
