CA Immo

CA Immo, formally CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, is an Austrian real estate company founded in 1987 and headquartered in Vienna, with further offices in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich in Germany as well as in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. The company focuses on developing and managing office properties across core Europe, and expanded its German development activity substantially after acquiring Vivico Real Estate GmbH from Deutsche Bahn in 2008. Publicly traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1988, CA Immo has been a member of the Austrian Traded Index, the exchange's twenty largest companies, since March 2011, and employs approximately 240 people across its operating territories.
