Office REITs

This group collects Real Estate sector members organized as real estate investment trusts that own and operate office buildings and commercial workplace property, including life-science and laboratory office space, concentrated substantially or entirely in that one property type. This group is kept apart from Diversified REITs, reserved for a REIT whose portfolio spans office and another property type together rather than being concentrated in office property.
