Constellation Software Inc. is a Canadian vertical market software company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. It was established in 1995 by Mark Leonard, a former venture capitalist, and went public in 2006. The company specializes in acquiring and maintaining ownership of vertical market software businesses, firms that develop solutions for specific industry niches, and has acquired over 850 businesses across more than 100 industry verticals worldwide. Constellation trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker CSU and is part of the S&P/TSX 60 index. As of 2024 it reported revenues of approximately 10.1 billion US dollars with 64,000 employees globally.
