OCLC, Inc. is an American nonprofit library cooperative and technology organization headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, founded in 1967 as the Ohio College Library Center. It operates WorldCat, the largest shared online catalog of library holdings in the world, and provides cataloging, resource-sharing and other software services to thousands of libraries, archives and museums across more than 100 countries.
