Flex Ltd., previously known as Flextronics International Ltd. or Flextronics, is a Singapore domiciled multinational manufacturing company founded on September 25, 1969 as Flextronics, Inc. It is the world's third largest global electronics manufacturing services and original design manufacturer company by revenue, behind only Pegatron, with its United States corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas and manufacturing operations in over 30 countries employing about 172,000 people.
