Logista

Logista, formally Compania de Distribucion Integral Logista Holdings, S.A., is a Spanish distribution company operating across Southern Europe. It was spun off from the tobacco company Tabacalera, later Altadis, in 1999, and is headquartered in Leganes. The company distributes tobacco, convenience products, pharmaceuticals, books and periodicals through about 400 warehouses to roughly 300,000 delivery points in Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Poland, and is majority owned by Imperial Brands, which acquired it in 2008.
