The firm has about 1,800 lawyers and 334 partners across 21 offices worldwide, operating as a limited liability partnership from its headquarters at One Manhattan West. It specializes in corporate transactions, litigation and regulatory work, generated 3.4 billion dollars in revenue in 2024, and in 2015 became the first law firm to handle more than 1 trillion dollars in mergers and acquisitions deals in a single year.
