Known for its white shoe reputation, the firm now has more than 3,500 lawyers across 31 offices in 14 countries, with its largest office in Manhattan, and practices general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, litigation and antitrust work. It reported 8.3 billion dollars in revenue for 2025, making it the second highest grossing law firm in the world by revenue, with Richard Trobman serving as chair.
