The Port Terminal Railroad Association is an American terminal railroad, carrying the reporting mark PTRA, that operates 185 miles of track at the Port of Houston in Houston, Texas. It has run since 1924 as an independent association comprising the Port of Houston Authority, the Houston Belt and Terminal Railway, Union Pacific Railroad, BNSF Railway and Kansas City Southern Railway.
