The Collins and Glennville Railroad was a short line railroad company incorporated in 1921 to own and operate a 23-mile line between Collins and Glennville, Georgia, built up from track laid by predecessor companies starting in 1896 and reaching Glennville by 1905. The railroad ran as a marginal, thinly staffed operation, by 1939 down to a single engineer who used hot water from the wood-burning locomotive to wash up. It went bankrupt and stopped running in 1941, and its line was abandoned and its assets sold for scrap.
