The Panhandle Northern Railroad is a Class III short-line railroad, owned by OmniTRAX, that has operated 31 miles of former Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway trackage between Borger, Texas and Panhandle, Texas since the line was sold off in 1993.
