Vy Tag AB is a Swedish railway company operating passenger train franchises across Sweden, founded in 1999 by three former state railway employees together with an investment company and originally branded as Tagkompaniet. Norwegian State Railways, now known as Vy, acquired a controlling stake beginning in 2005 and full ownership by 2007, and the company took its current name in 2019. It manages four franchise contracts, including Norrtag, Varmlandstrafik, X-Taget and Krosatagen.
