The Victor Emmanuel Railway was a railway company created on 25 May 1853 by decree of Victor Emmanuel II, King of Sardinia, to build and operate rail lines across Savoy and Piedmont. It later expanded into Calabria and Sicily under the name Societa per le Strade Ferrate Calabro-Sicule. Financial difficulties led to its dissolution between 1867 and 1873.
