Commercial Printing and Typography

This child group collects Professional and Commercial Services members whose core business is commercial printing or the design and manufacture of printing type: historic European type foundries that designed and cast metal typefaces for the printing trade from the nineteenth century through the twentieth, and a Swiss banknote, book and commercial printing company. It is kept apart from Research, Data and Information Services and Legal Services, both reserved for producing or working with information and text rather than the physical craft and technology of printing and typesetting.
