Hiab Corporation

Hiab Corporation, natively Hiab Oyj and formerly Cargotec Corporation, is a Finnish industrial machinery company headquartered in Helsinki that manufactures load handling equipment for trucks and vehicles, including loader cranes, forestry and recycling cranes, truck mounted forklifts, demountables, hooklifts and tail lifts. The company was formed in June 2005 when Kone Corporation split into two entities, and after a restructuring completed in 2024 and 2025 that separated its Kalmar container handling unit and its MacGregor marine cargo business, the renamed company began trading on Nasdaq Helsinki on April 1, 2025.
