Emak

Emak is an Italian company listed on the Borsa Italiana, formed in 1992 in Bagnolo in Piano through the merger of two firms, Oleo-Mac and Efco, both active in Italy's Reggio Emilia province since the 1970s. It manufactures machines, components, and accessories for gardening, agriculture, forestry, and industrial use, with a range of more than 250 models spanning chainsaws, brushcutters, lawnmowers, garden tractors, hedge trimmers, rotary tillers, rotary cultivators, flail mowers, cutterbar mowers, and transporters, sold under brands including Efco, Oleo-Mac, Bertolini, and Nibbi. It runs four production facilities in Italy and seven branches abroad, in France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, China, and Brazil, serving more than 5,000 dealers, and reported 2023 revenue of 612.49 million euros.
