Atlas Copco Group is a Swedish multinational industrial company headquartered in Nacka, near Stockholm, tracing its founding to 1873. It manufactures compressors, vacuum equipment, pumps, generators, assembly tools and quality assurance systems for industrial customers worldwide, organized into four divisions, Compressor Technique, Vacuum Technique, Industrial Technique and Power Technique. The group owns about 90 brands, including Chicago Pneumatic, Edwards, Leybold and Desoutter, employs roughly 56,000 people, and sells into about 180 countries.
