Zambia Airways

Zambia Airways is the flag carrier of Zambia, based in Lusaka with its hub at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. The original airline, founded in 1964, ceased operating in 1994; the government committed to a relaunch in 2018 and the revived carrier began commercial operations in December 2021, owned 55 percent by the Zambian government and 45 percent by Ethiopian Airlines.
