RTX Corporation is an American aerospace and defense conglomerate headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, formed in 2020 through the merger of Raytheon Company and the aerospace businesses of United Technologies Corporation under the name Raytheon Technologies, which was shortened to RTX Corporation in 2023. Its businesses include Pratt and Whitney jet engines, Collins Aerospace avionics and systems, and Raytheon missile and defense systems.
