Orion Corporation

Orion Corporation, known in Finnish as Orion Oyj, is a Finnish pharmaceutical company headquartered in Espoo, founded on September 21, 1917 by pharmacists Onni Turpeinen, Eemil Tuurala and Wikki Valkama. It develops, manufactures and markets human and veterinary pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients, concentrating its manufacturing and most of its research and development in Finland, with a therapeutic focus on central nervous system disorders, oncology and respiratory disease. The company class A and B shares trade on Nasdaq Helsinki, and it reported 2025 revenue of more than 1.89 billion euros with about 4,029 employees.
