It grew into one of the largest healthcare companies in the world, historically organized around pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer health products such as Band-Aid and Tylenol, before spinning off its consumer health division as the separately listed company Kenvue in 2023 to focus fully on pharmaceuticals and medical technology.
