IHH Healthcare Berhad is a multinational private healthcare group headquartered in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, established in 1974. It operates about 190 healthcare facilities, including 89 hospitals, across ten countries, employing around 76,000 people under brands including Acibadem, Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles Pantai, Parkway, Fortis and Prince Court. Its major shareholders include Mitsui of Japan, Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional sovereign wealth fund and Citigroup, and it is listed on both Bursa Malaysia and the Singapore Exchange, reporting revenue of RM24.38 billion in 2024.
