GTCO Group

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc, commonly known as GTCO Group, is a Nigerian multinational financial services group headquartered in Victoria Island, Lagos. It provides retail banking, investment banking, pension management, asset management and payments services across several African countries and the United Kingdom. GTCO was created through a 2021 corporate reorganization that converted the earlier Guaranty Trust Bank Plc into a holding company, allowing the group to expand beyond banking into additional financial services.
