RMB Holdings Limited is a South African diversified financial services holding company based in Sandton, traded on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the ticker RMH and also listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange. Founded in 1987 and chaired by Gerrit Ferreira, the company reported net income of ZAR 7.78 billion and total assets of ZAR 36.52 billion in 2015; after unbundling its stake in FirstRand in June 2020, RMB Holdings now operates primarily as a bank holding company with a property portfolio as its main investment.
