Intermediate Capital Group plc

Intermediate Capital Group plc, known as ICG, is a private equity investment firm headquartered in London, England, that provides capital to help companies grow through private and public markets. Founded in February 1989, the firm has since expanded into 18 additional countries and manages roughly 126 billion dollars in assets. ICG trades on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker ICG and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
