Hiscox Ltd

Hiscox Ltd is an Anglo-Bermudian insurance company headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda, that underwrites at Lloyd's of London and specialises in property and casualty insurance for companies and high-net-worth individuals, including distinctive risks such as hacking, kidnapping and satellite damage. It traces its origins to 1901 as the Roberts agency for marine insurance at Lloyd's, and it moved its domicile to Bermuda in 2006 while expanding beyond Lloyd's underwriting into direct consumer markets.
