Inbursa is a Mexican financial company, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Mexico City, that provides banking and related services through subsidiaries spanning investment funds, general and automobile insurance, mortgages, health insurance, retirement funds and commercial banking. It is controlled by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, and as of 2012 reported revenue of 1.3 billion dollars, net income of 675.1 million dollars and total assets of 26.1 billion dollars, trading on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker GFINBUR O.
